Weapons, astronomy and festivals are the focus of the Kaiserburg-Museum (Kaiserburg Museum). Important originals from the collection of the Germanisches Nationalmuseum (Germanic National Museum) are displayed here, which have one thing in common despite the thematic differences: They are directly related to Nuremberg Castle. And so, in addition to a cross-section through the history of weapons and armour, there are amazing astronomical measuring instruments from the Baroque period and even historical fireworks to marvel at. Information boards and illustrations point out window views and draw attention to interesting places in the castle surroundings.
