What does the Bible have to do with sheep and sea seals? Why does it need its own code? The Bibel Museum Bayern (Bible Museum Bavaria) invites you to take a new look at and into the "Book of Books". Six themed areas (Fascination, Development, Origin, Experience, Questions, Excavated) show the development of the Bible from an elitist book to a bestseller and also present unusual facts. Activity stations invite visitors to engage with issues such as science, faith and responsibility. In addition to the Bible, the Holy Scriptures of the Torah and the Koran can also be experienced in the museum. Finally, archaeological evidence from the Lorenz vicarage offers an insight into the history of Nuremberg.
