Weighing around 8 tonnes and measuring 2 x 3 m, the heart of the Riesenburg Crystal Museum is the largest known group of rock crystals in the world to date. The collection of 800 colourful tourmalines resembles a crystallised rainbow, and over 300 replicas of historical diamonds tell their adventurous stories. A section on Hildegard von Bingen is dedicated to the healing power of stones.
