Pounding and pressing, sawing and grinding, pumping and, of course, milling - anyone who believes that mills were only used to process grain into flour will be proven wrong at the Klostermühlenmuseum (Monastery Mill Museum). The almost 500-year-old former grain mill with a water wheel displays an old German stone mill and roller mills as well as the workings of the other three types of mills that once belonged to the monastery: oil, saw and paper mills. Visitors can make paper, bake bread and much more.
