Villa Rustica Leutstetten (Villa Rustica Leutstetten)
Important information:
In today's Leutstetten there was a Roman estate (villa rustica) in the 2nd century AD. The excavated archaeological findings - such as a well-preserved underfloor heating system - can be viewed in a protective glass pavilion. The ground plan of the main building is marked on the site. Vessels that are at least 200 years older than the Roman villa and are also presented as associated finds suggest an earlier Celtic settlement.
