Museum Vinum Celticum (Celtic Wine Museum)
The name "Vinum Celticum" already reveals the museum's thematic focus: wine and the world of the Celts. This becomes clear at the latest when you enter the museum through an impressively large amphora. The "Wine" exhibition area tells the story of wine-growing in the Isar Valley, the oldest documented mention of which dates back to 754 AD in Thulbach. In the "Hallstatt Room", the viewer imagines himself in the middle of the mossy meadows at the open grave of the rich Bruckberg woman "Isira" with Bruckberg in the background. Here the Celts tell of their lives.
