Feuerwehrmuseum Nürnberg (Nuremberg Fire Brigade Museum)
How fire protection has developed in Franconia since the late Middle Ages can be traced on the 250 m² of the fire brigade museum. Starting with cane fire engines and documents from the 15th century as well as a piece of the first wooden Nuremberg water pipe, it shows an extensive collection of fire extinguishers, protective clothing, medals and communication technology as well as an overview of the history of the professional and volunteer fire brigades in Nuremberg.
