Its slender tower makes it unmistakable. The Stadtmuseum Freilassing (Freilassing City Museum) is housed in the former fire station and shows the history of Freilassing, from the show grave of a young Bavarian woman from around 700 to the post-war period. The museum focuses on Freilassing's location in the border region with Austria, which has had a decisive influence on the town's development over the last 200 years.
