The Erlangen Art Museum is dedicated to the collection, documentation and presentation of regional art since 1945, with a special focus on artists from Franconia and the Upper Palatinate. In the historic Loewenich Palace, a baroque bourgeois palace in the heart of Erlangen's city centre, visitors can expect a diverse exhibition experience. Regularly changing individual, group, themed and memorial exhibitions are presented here. The museum also exhibits photographs and art from regional collections. The exhibitions highlight contemporary trends and offer a comprehensive insight into the broad spectrum of regional art.
