Kunsthalle Schweinfurt (Schweinfurt Art Gallery)
The indoor swimming pool, donated by the Schweinfurt industrialist Ernst Sachs (1867-1932) and built between 1931 and 1933 according to plans by Roderich Fick, forms the ideal setting for the Kunsthalle Schweinfurt (Schweinfurt Art Gallery), where the permanent collection of works of post-1945 art in Germany and the activities of the Kunstverein Schweinfurt e. V. are brought together on around 2000 m², thus enabling a direct comparison between the most diverse artistic expressions of the 20th and 21st centuries.
