Heimatmuseum Obing (Museum of local history Obing)
As a crossroads of many trade routes, Roman and salt roads, the museum houses unique exhibits that bear witness to the traces of earlier inhabitants. Located in the former town hall of the municipality of Obing, the museum also exhibits vivid artefacts relating to Obing Castle, the history of the school and church as well as the LEO local railway, which provide an exciting insight into the development of the town from its origins through the Wittelsbach period to the present day.
