In the new Abenberg Castle Museum, "1000 years of castle dreams" come to life. The castle is full of secrets just waiting to be discovered. With their own key, guests of all ages can explore the fascinating history of the castle, get to know past and present inhabitants in a virtual ancestral gallery and listen to medieval sounds. The dream of "finally being a knight" can now be fulfilled at Abenberg Castle Museum. At the same time, visitors can experience the connection between the castle's history and the town, the region and the world. They immerse themselves in a bygone era when real knights' tournaments took place at Abenberg Castle.
