From the end of the Neolithic Age to the end of the early Middle Ages: the Lechfeld with its neighbouring areas is a treasure trove for archaeologists. The museum in the town hall presents finds from all these epochs from the southern district of Augsburg. A staged prehistoric body grave, reconstructed garments and models bring the past back to life.
