Archäologisches Museum Burgheim (Archaeological Museum Burgheim)
Important information:
The local history museum with an archaeological focus shows settlement finds from the Neolithic period from the extensive loess areas south of Burgheim, the Roman vicus of the Middle Imperial period and late Roman Burgheim, as well as the development of the settlement in the early Middle Ages. The remains of the late Roman fort are visible on the Burgberg in the stairway to the church and can be reached from the museum.
