Important information:
The Marstall was one of the most important representative areas of a palace, housing the riding horses and the riding school. The princely stables, built between 1829 and 1832 in the former imperial monastery of St. Emmeram, now house the Marstallmuseum. It shows carriages, sleighs and sedan chairs as well as gala harnesses of the princely house from the 17th to the 20th century.
