In October 2025, our association welcomed more than 1,000 guests to the "80 Years of the Jewish DP Camp Föhrenwald" event, which included a large public memorial procession, a ceremony and an academic colloquium. More than 40 contemporary witnesses from all over the world were also in attendance, bringing with them new photos, documents and memories. Other highlights in 2025 included the installation of a lift and the completion of our new depot.
At our general meeting, we will report on the latest developments in the association and museum. In addition, our federal volunteers Nadine Neuner and Noel Rothschuh will give an insight into their work.
Afterwards, all guests are invited to the neighbourhood Kolpingplatzfest with live music and snacks. You can take the opportunity to discover new things at the BADEHAUS or chat with our team members during the children's programme or a free family tour.
