Event: Don't hold back – raise your glasses!

To ensure that the delicious beer didn’t spill out but flowed only into thirsty throats, the potters of Thurnau applied a special glaze to their tankards. Geopark ranger Isabelle Stickling explains where the ingredients for this came from on a varied circular walk near Berndorf and Menchau, past many old rock cellars, rough pastures and the romantically situated Aubach spring, set in princely surroundings.
