FuggerStadtMuseum Weißenhorn (Weißenhorn local history museum)
One of the richest collections in Bavarian Swabia, vividly presented: This is the speciality of the Weißenhorn local history museum (Weißenhorn local history museum), often referred to as the "Folklore Museum of the Ulm Angle". Its collections range from the Middle Ages to the present day, from the history of the town to folk medicine, from late Gothic sculptures to a collection of posters. Local art and cultural history are presented here in connection with major developments in the world. For example, visitors can marvel at historical shop fittings while learning about times of hunger and inflation, and a large bicycle exhibition tells of the new leisure behaviour at the beginning of the 20th century.
