The last hand weaver in the Franconian Forest, Karl Wolfrum, worked in this house until 1964. Around 1850, more than half of the households in Neudorf were still weaving. The thatched weaver's house in its present form also dates from this time. It is largely furnished with Karl Wolfrum's original furniture and shows the close connection between weaving and agriculture that characterised the eastern Franconian Forest.
