The Weiltingen Museum of Traditional Costume and Local History opens the doors to a bygone era that is just waiting to be discovered. The exhibition includes not only tools and household objects, but also artistic carvings and textile works that express the craftsmanship of past generations. In particular, the skilfully crafted wedding, dance and church costumes from the Rococo and Biedermeier periods reflect the diversity and uniqueness of regional culture. Another part of the museum of local history is the herb garden, which is located above the castle moat in Schloßweg and displays a selection of medicinal and culinary herbs.
