The synagogue in Memmelsdorf can be experienced as a "place of learning" thanks to the successful coordination of the restoration and museum education concepts. The main room in its preserved version, with all its traces of history, serves as an exhibit in itself. It invites visitors to search for traces under the aspects of history, religion and Franconian rural Jewry. A permanent exhibition supplements the information and provides answers to many questions inspired by the historical traces.
