In the southern part of the Strötzbacher Mühle (Strötzbach mill), an old double mill with a 17th century core, the completely preserved equipment, including a grain mill with two water wheels and four stone grinding gears, documents the development of mill technology over a period of 300 years. In addition to the history of the building, the modest living conditions of a miller's family in the Kahlgrund region are also shown.
