The Städtische Galerie's activities centre on the presentation of contemporary international art. In curated exhibitions, both individual positions and themed exhibitions are shown across all media forms of expression. Catalogues on the individual projects, guided tours, lectures and films as well as special events for children and school classes round off the gallery programme and invite visitors to encounter contemporary art in a variety of ways.
