In a former aristocratic palace dating from 1706, the Stadtmuseum Gunzenhausen (City Museum Gunzenhausen) shows excerpts from Gunzenhausen's more than 1000-year history. Exhibits from the arts and crafts document the life and work of the citizens and farmers of past centuries. A special treasure are the faience tiles from the former hunting lodge "Falkenlust", some of which are painted with motifs from falconry.
