The fascinating history of Freising unfolds in the baroque four-winged building of the museum. A tour around the inner courtyard presents the town in an informative and exciting way. The focus is on around 350 selected objects and groups of objects - from prehistoric archaeological finds to precious works of art and handicrafts from the old episcopal city to documents from the more recent past. Media stations provide additional information and in-depth explanations. A visit offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich history of Freising and discover its many facets.
