One of the most important creations of the South German Rococo style can be found in Schloss Leitheim (Leitheim Castle): the frescoes by Godefried Bernhard Göz, painted from 1751 onwards, and the stucco work by the Wessobrunn master Anton Landes make the interior of the Cistercian Schloss Leitheim (Leitheim Castle) a prime example of this style.
