It's Nuremberg's wurst-kept secret: The Nürnberger Bratwurst Museum (Nuremberg Bratwurst Museum) is dedicated to the history and tradition of the famous Nuremberg Bratwurst, which has been recognised as an EU Protected Geographical Indication since 2003. It presents historical exhibits, including butcher's tools and documents that prove the strict quality and production guidelines for the bratwurst, and documents the craft of the Nuremberg butchers, which dates back to the 14th century. The museum offers information in German and English.
