An encounter with the "little shadows of the night" awaits visitors in the cellar vaults of the former railway station: The European Bat Centre is located here and offers a wide range of information. The Nature Park Worlds house five different exhibition levels that illustrate the diversity of the Bavarian Forest Nature Park. In addition to bats, the themes include the history of railway construction through the Bavarian and Bohemian Forest from 1872 to 1877, a ski museum and an exhibition on the Arber, the "king" of the Bavarian Forest. On the top floor is the model railway world, which is constantly being expanded and will cover 100 m² when completed, and the museum restaurant in the historic waiting room of the 1st class from 1877.
