With a long tradition and a modern concept, the Nature Museum in the heart of the Fuggerstadt presents the whole diversity of nature on four floors: Earth history, fossils, minerals & rocks, evolution, habitats, animals & plants. The exhibitions provide diverse insights into the exciting history of the development of our planet from the beginnings of life to the present. In a vivid way, visitors discover the world of minerals and gemstones, the realm of zoology with animals from all regions of the earth and ecology with habitat representations from Central Europe. The Molasse exhibition shows an amazing juxtaposition of the present animal and plant world with the fossils of an exotic world as it was found millions of years ago in subtropical southern Germany. The vivarium with its living animals is an attraction.
