Castell is known for its good wines - information on local viticulture can be found in the small Franconian Weinmuseum (Wine Museum), which is housed in a barn from the Baroque period. The Silvaner exhibition of the Franconian Winegrowers' Association can also be seen on the upper floor. A small furnished crochet room serves as a rest and bread room.
