Annemarie Leutzsch, known as "Rettl aus'm Hummelgau" (Rettl from the Hummelgau), set up the Museum Hummelstube (Bumblebee Room) in the 1960s, where she displayed household goods of all kinds, historical clothing, photographs and written documents - today this room is a community museum. The exhibits formerly belonged to the residents of the Ruckriegelhof or came from the Hummelgau, a region in the southwest of Bayreuth. A former corner shop is integrated into the exhibition. It gives an impression of shopping in a typical village general store.
