Museum Bad Abbach im Neuen Rathaus (Museum Bad Abbach in the New Town Hall)
The museum shows the development of settlement in Bad Abbach from the Neolithic Age to the Early Middle Ages. For example, the model of a mine shaft illustrates flintstone mining in the Stone Age and the visitor learns interesting facts about the local Roman legionary brickworks. A second focus of the permanent exhibition is dedicated to the history of the sulphur and thermal springs in Bad Abbach and their prominent guests from the Middle Ages to the present day.
