500 years of Upper Palatinate pharmacy history and Sulzbach-Rosenberg town history - the Museum Alte Hof-Apotheke (Museum Old Court Pharmacy) shows how well this can be combined. Here you can not only see the numerous relics of one of the oldest pharmacies in the Upper Palatinate in the original premises, but also objects from the everyday life of previous generations and even traces of the great town fire of 1822. A small pharmacy garden and an archive with local pharmaceutical and medical manuscripts and prints from the 17th to 20th centuries complete the collection.
