The municipality has set up a small local history museum in the attic of the historic half-timbered town hall dating from the 15th century. It is dedicated to 500 years of local history with documents and historical exhibits from Geiselwind and the surrounding area. The name "Murrmann-Museum" (Murrmann Museum) recalls the Thirty Years' War, in which the Swedish General Murrmann spared the community.
