What is home? This is the question addressed by the Marktmuseum (Market Museum) in Gaimersheim. On four floors of a listed Jurahaus dating back to 1536, it sends visitors on a journey through local history, from Stone Age finds and Roman times to the Second World War. The inhabitants of the house and its history are presented as well as the market, association and church history of Gaimersheim.
