In the house where the Ingolstadt writer Marieluise Fleißer (1901-1974) was born, seven themed rooms introduce visitors to the author's life and work. The focus is on the extraordinary language, which can be seen, heard and read as the so-called "Fleißer tone" or "Fleißer voice" throughout the entire house. In addition to her timeless literary work, the person of Marieluise Fleißer herself also has astonishingly contemporary features - as an all-round talent, she worked as a fabric designer, among other things, and created colourful patterns that adorn the walls of the museum today.
