Since 1651, Meeder has celebrated the Coburg Peace Festival every year in commemoration of the end of the Thirty Years' War. Reason enough to establish a peace museum! The history of the Peace Thanksgiving, the life and work of Anna B. Eckstein (1868-1947), who campaigned for peace, and the theme "How Peace Begins" are the focal points of the collection on display as part of the "Learning Workshop Peace".
