Kunsthalle im KunstKulturQuartier Nürnberg (Art Gallery in the KunstKulturQuartier Nuremberg)
Important information:
The Kunsthalle Nürnberg, located in the centre near the railway station, was founded in 1967 as an exhibition house for international contemporary art. It focuses on the presentation of solo exhibitions of outstanding artistic positions, current thematic exhibitions as well as the presentation of lasting trends since the 1960s on the mediation of international contemporary art. About four exhibitions on German and international contemporary art are organised annually. Since 2008, the Kunsthalle Nuremberg has been part of the KunstKulturQuartier (Art Gallery in the KunstKulturQuartier Nuremberg).
