Learning fun for the whole family! In the environmental station children's museum you can try out, research and play to your heart's content on three floors. Participation and hands-on fun are expressly encouraged! Two permanent exhibitions are open to visitors of all ages: The "Time Travel" exhibition with its historical equipment brings past times to life. Sustainability is also a topic here - and what we can learn from our great-grandparents. In the "Treasure Trove Earth", everything revolves around nature and technology. The "Think Factory" and the soil laboratory provide basic ecological knowledge. Around a small but beautiful rainforest house, there are stations offering a wide range of experiences about this unique endangered flora and fauna. In the research workshop, there are a variety of activities on the conscious use of resources. There is also an exhibition area in the basement for changing special exhibitions, such as "Fire & Flame", "Cocoa & Chocolate", "1, 2, 3 ... Chicks from the Egg", etc. And when the mobile children's museum unpacks its suitcases, children of all ages can look forward to exciting hands-on activities. The "Museum in a Suitcase" visits schools, museums, libraries and events and has suitcases ready for many topics, from the Stone Age to the Celts to space travel.
