In the former village school in Erkheim-Daxberg, which was built in 1885, an original school hall with teaching materials takes the visitor back to the school year 1948/49. It shows a typical one-class village school in which all eight classes were taught together. There are also teaching materials, textbooks, handicrafts and archive material dating back to 1812, documenting the social status of the former village school teachers.
