The Dorfschulmuseum (Village School Museum) in Ködnitz gives a vivid impression of school life in Bavarian rural schools between 1920 and 1969. In the former village schoolhouse, the originally furnished hall of a typical one-class school has been preserved and invites visitors to make an exciting comparison between school yesterday and today. An extensive collection of teaching and learning materials from the period 1850 to 1969 and a reading book collection from two centuries complete the picture.
