The private "Schlossbrauerei Autenried" brewery has set up a museum under the historic roof truss of the 500-year-old Niederes Schloss, which now houses the brewery restaurant. With the help of exhibits as well as picture and text panels, the individual work areas of a brewery and the process steps involved in brewing beer are vividly illustrated.
