Photographs from Canada, Greenland and Iceland depict Arctic landscapes undergoing rapid change as a result of climate change. Shrinking sea ice, the loss of ice sheets and rising sea levels highlight the region’s global significance. The images are presented as a large-scale projection alongside seven kayaks across 100 m² and are visible from outside – complemented by video and research reports from the Alfred Wegener Institute. ARCTIC is the first exhibition space open to the public as part of a series of exhibitions by the artist on changing climate zones.
Exhibition dates: 23 January – 28 June 2026
Monday to Sunday, 9.00 am – 7.30 pm
