Stavros Kotsakis is a self-taught light artist and designer based in Gothenburg, Sweden. With the aim of exploring the endless adventures of light in interaction with fascinating materials, Stavros is dedicated to producing series of exclusive light objects with a playful aura. By placing light at the centre of the development process, he facilitates the creative journey from form to function. The interplay between the tangible geometry and the fragility of light aims to create a sense of apparent imbalance. This state invites the viewer to a hypnotic experience and challenges visual perception.
