Life by the lake - a favourite idea for many people in the past and today. Numerous archaeological finds from Staffelsee, Riegsee, Kochelsee and many other places in our homeland tell of the everyday life of the first people who stayed and settled here permanently. The exhibition deals with many exciting questions about the Neolithic, Bronze and Iron Ages. How did people live in prehistoric and early history? Where did they live? What did they believe in? What was the relationship between humans and animals like?
