The Zirndorf Museum is celebrating its birthday - and cordially invites you to its big anniversary exhibition! For 30 years now, the museum has been opening its doors to the world of toys and cultural history. To mark the occasion, the 50th special exhibition now presents a special look back: All previous exhibitions since the opening are brought back to life in extracts.
Whether playmobil®, bruder®, doll's houses, shops or construction sets, whether Barbie®, board games, trains or Elastolin figures - the variety of toys was and is colourful and fascinating. In addition, themes such as NIVEA®, costume jewellery, photography, swimwear, football/Frankenderby, Struwwelpeter or the Zirndorf town youth band also shaped the exhibition programme - as did everyday objects that have long since disappeared.
The anniversary exhibition invites visitors young and old to take a cheerful journey through three decades of museum history - nostalgic, informative and entertaining. And, of course, there will also be plenty of games: At numerous hands-on stations, visitors can build, try out and discover to their heart's content.
