From 7 October 2022 to 30 June 2023, the student competition "Inside Out Rothenburg ob der Tauber" organised by the Chair of Urban Planning and Design at RWTH Aachen University will bring unusual, young and - yes - revolutionary views of a time-honoured town to the RothenburgMuseum (RothenburgMuseum).

With its origins dating back to a Dominican convent from the mid-13th century, this exhibition turns it into a place of discourse and thus follows a highly topical approach to the current state of affairs.
a highly topical approach to the current position of museums. With the exhibition curated by Laura Vonhoegen, M.Sc. and Caner Telli, M.Sc., research assistants at the chair of Prof. Ing. Reicher, the RothenburgMuseum (RothenburgMuseum) deliberately aims to provoke and invite visitors to engage with Rothenburg's urban development and history. This can take on radical approaches in some of the designs, but it always forces us to take a stand.
