Museum Burg Miltenberg (Museum Castle Miltenberg)
If you search for photos on the Internet using the term "Miltenberg", you will - unsurprisingly - almost exclusively see the same few motifs.
The fact that Miltenberg has more to offer than classic postcard material often goes unnoticed not only by tourists, but also by the town's population. In order to draw attention to these out-of-the-way spaces and hidden views and to sensitise visitors to the exhibition to (re)discover the town of Miltenberg, the museums have joined forces with the Miltenberg Photo Club for a special exhibition.
Unknown, unnoticed and overlooked things are not only documented here, but also juxtaposed with the spiritual insights provided by the religious paintings in the permanent exhibition and the spectacular view from Mildenburg Castle.
