The matter of the head is a matter close to our hearts
A shelf in the shape of a large head is the centrepiece of the exhibition on the subject of dementia.
A head, because changes in it can lead to dementia. But a head is also
symbolises the fact that something needs to change in our minds and that we need to continue to drive forward the change in awareness in order to better meet the challenge of dementia today and in the future.
The exhibition "What goes. What remains. Living with dementia" conveys several aspects: It provides an overview of the topic of dementia and also addresses symptoms and individual stages of dementia.
At the same time, the exhibition gives all visitors an impression of how the life of a person affected by dementia and their relatives can change.
