Many of his journeys took Diether Kunerth to Italy. Man in harmony with nature is the dominant theme in his thoughts and work. Italy, surrounded by the dazzling blue of the sea and the Mediterranean azure of the sky, serves as a source of inspiration for him.
He always used his trips to Italy to paint, take photographs and create his "Land-Light-Paintings". In his exhibition, Kunerth shows us a selection of paintings, sculptures and land-light paintings from all his creative periods. Let Diether Kunerth take you on a journey to Bella Italia.
